| If you are a person (this includes sole proprietors), you may claim up to $10,000; if you are a Corporation, limited liability company or partnership, you may claim up to $5,000. | |

As of 11-1-2021, there is a new COVID-compliant small claim’s forms and instructions. The courts will reject anything that is not filed with the new forms below!
Do not use SC100 for covid rental debt, use the form SC500.
